A commit action saves changes to items on the e-mail server within an action tree. Thus, if you perform an action within a tree that changes the properties of an Exchange item (such as with a Finish, Move, MatchReplace, Tag, or TemplateReplace action), you must add this node if you want to save the changes.

Reload: Reloads the Exchange object after committing any changes. This is required, for example, if later nodes within the action tree depend on information that you save in this way.
