This action tree is the same as the archive action tree, but has one difference: it stores e-mail messages from a journaling mailbox instead of from individual groups or users.

archive_journal

In the initial node of the action tree (ItemsTreeDef action), enter all settings as in the archive section except for the following.

In the list of Exchange users, select the journaling mailbox or mailboxes and enter the other initial settings. In the Mailbox field, however, select Journaling instead of User or Group.

Please note: When using journaling with ELOxc, the journal recipient should be a user mailbox. This mailbox must use the same mailbox database as the user mailbox used for journaling.

Complete the configuration of the action tree as described in the previous section.
