Description: The colors used to display entries in the repository are defined in the Font colors area. You can set up a separate color for each document and folder type.

Defining a new color

1. Click the small green Add button with the plus icon.

An input field opens for the color name.

2. Enter a name for the color.

3. Click the color area to select the desired color.

Alternatively: Enter a hexadecimal RGB color into the highlighted input field.

The color is then applied to the display field.

4. Click Save.

The new color appears at the top of the list in the dialog box.

1. Select a color name.

2. Click the color field to select the desired color.

Alternatively: Enter a hexadecimal RGB color into the highlighted input field.

The new color is then applied to the display field.

The colors are shown in the overview.
