ELO for Mobile Devices was developed for use with Android 4.1 and higher.

Using the ELO for Mobile Devices app requires ELO Web Client version 10.02.000 or higher to be installed on the ELO server.

To use the ELO Web Client both locally on the intranet as well as over the Internet, you must specifically configure the server used. Please refer to the separate ELO Web Client Internet Access developer documentation on the SupportWeb for detailed information on the configuration of the ELO Web Client.

Please note: Using ELO for Mobile Devices requires HTTPS communication to be secured, otherwise critical user data will be sent over the network. Without SSL/TLS encryption, third parties could intercept this data.

Your device must be connected to the Internet for all the functions of ELO for Mobile Devices to work.
