ELO for Mobile Devices contains various work areas. The tile navigation contains an overview of the work areas. Here, you can switch to other work areas, open the configuration dialog box, and learn more about the app.

1. To open the tile navigation, tap the Menu button.

Alternative: Swipe right to open the tile navigation.

The tile navigation appears. You will find the following work areas here:

• My ELO: Shows news from subscribed feeds as well as information on tasks and workflows.
• Repository: Contains all folders and documents that you can access.
• Clipboard: The Clipboard work area is a temporary list of documents and folders.
• Tasks: Your tasks and workflows are shown in this area.
• Search: You can look for specific entries in the repository here.
• Offline: You can download entries from the repository to your offline area to make them available on your device.
• Data sets: Data sets are saved temporarily here. Depending on your settings, they are uploaded to the repository as soon as your device is connected to the Internet.

2. Tap the Context menu button to open the context menu for the tile navigation.

The tile navigation context menu contains the following menu items:

• Background processes: Here, you will find an overview of running background processes. Background processes are started when forms are loaded or data is copied, for example.
• Configuration: In the Configuration dialog box, you can adjust the settings for ELO for Mobile Devices.
• About: Here, you will find information about ELO for Mobile Devices, such as the version number.
• Help: Tap the Help button to open the ELO online help in an external browser.
• Company Information: This button opens the Company Information.
• Privacy Policy: You will find the Privacy Policy here.
