In ELO for Mobile Devices, you can create new child folders in existing folders. You always create a folder in the ELO repository that is connected to the active account.

Information: You can only add new folders in the Repository work area.

1. Open the context menu of the folder to which you want to add a child folder.

2. In the context menu, tap the Additional functions button.

The Additional functions drop-down menu opens.

3. In the drop-down menu, tap the New folder button.

The New folder dialog box appears.

4. Tap the Short name input field enter a name for the new folder.

Optional: The Folder keywording form is selected by default. Tap the SELECT KEYWORDING FORM button to change the keywording form.

The Select keywording form dialog box appears. A list appears showing all available keywording forms that have already been set up in the repository.

Information: It is not possible to add new keywording forms in ELO for Mobile Devices.

5. Tap the keywording form that you want to use.

The dialog box closes. The name of the new keywording form appears in the Keywording form field.

6. Tap the OK button to create the new folder.

The New folder dialog box closes. You are automatically forwarded to the new folder.

Information: To enter keywording information in ELO for Mobile Devices, use the Show form function.
