In the Configuration dialog box, you can determine which fields are taken into account during searches. You can retroactively adjust a search in the Search work area.

1. Tap the menu button to open the tile navigation.

The tile navigation appears.

2. In the tile navigation, tap the Context menu button.

The tile navigation context menu opens.

3. In the tile navigation context menu, tap the Configuration button.

The Configuration dialog box appears.

4. Tap the account for which you would like to adjust the settings.

The submenu for the selected account appears in the viewer pane. The selected account is highlighted in blue.

Search settings

Determine which fields are considered during a search. The following fields are available:

• Short name
• Extra text
• Index fields
• Full text
