Choose storage location for offline entries
In the Configuration dialog box, you can determine whether entries from the Offline work area are stored to the internal storage of your device or to an external storage medium (such as an SD card).

The tile navigation appears.
2. In the tile navigation, tap the Context menu button.
The tile navigation context menu opens.
3. In the tile navigation context menu, tap the Configuration button.
The Configuration dialog box appears.
4. In the list, tap the currently active account to change the settings.

Please note: Switching the storage mode can result in complications. If you have stored entries to internal storage and then switch to external storage mode, for example, you can no longer access these entries in the Offline work area. In this case, change the storage mode for the entries.
5. Change the Use external storage setting if required.
Option enabled/switch blue: Local files (offline documents, forms, data sets) are saved to the external storage medium. These files are available to other programs and users.
Option disabled/switch gray: Local files are saved to your device's internal storage.
