Creating reports for contracts
Objective
Create an overview of existing contracts.

At least one contract must be available.
Step:
1. Click the folder you want to create a report for.
Information: The contracts do not have to be located directly below the selected folder. But the more child folders there are, the more time it will take to create the report.
2. Click the Contracts button on the Contracts.
Optional: Select a report template.
Information: Selecting a report template is only possible if a user with administrative rights has created additional report templates.
Result
The document with the contract overview appears and is created in the user's repository under Reports by default.
By default, the report contains the Table1 and Data tabs.
Under Data, you will find a list of selected contracts with the information preset in the report template.
Under Table1, you will find a visualization of the selected contracts. With a pivot table, you can customize the report and use it for calculations.
