Objective

To add a picture to the employee's personnel file.

Requirements

You have the right to take a picture. At least one personnel file must be available.

Step:

1. Click the personnel file you want take a picture for.

2. Click Take picture on the Personnel tab.

The Take employee picture dialog box opens.

3. Click Select a file.

A Windows dialog box for selecting files from the system appears.

4. Select the file and then click Open.

The Take employee picture dialog box opens again in the foreground.

Alternative: To take a picture with the webcam, click Take a picture.

5. Click Save picture.

Result

The employee photo is attached to the personnel file.

The employee photo is added to the Overview tab of the personnel file.
