Objective

To create a document with HR data using a document template.

Requirements

You have the right to create a document. At least one personnel file and one document template must be available.

Step:

1. Click a personnel file in the repository.

2. Click Create document on the Personnel tab.

The Document templates dialog box opens.

3. Select a document template.

4. Click OK.

The New document dialog box opens.

Optional: Change the name of the document.

5. Click Create document.

Result

The document with HR data overview appears and is created in the selected folder.
