Basic principle

Invoices pass through different departments at different locations. Business Solution ELO Invoice captures incoming invoices and documents for automatic processing and forwards them to the correct employee in a workflow.

All invoices are visualized in an invoice dashboard.

General note

ELO Invoice works with the following clients:

• ELO Java Client
• ELO Web Client (not all functions available)

Information: In this manual, we use screenshots from the ELO Java Client.

Installation requirements

Your administrator must already have installed and pre-configured ELO Invoice for your client (ELO Java Client, ELO Web Client). The following documentation and information is available to administrators on the ELO SupportWeb: Process overview, getting started, API documentation, installation. Manuals for the ELO Web Client and ELO Java Client are also available on the ELO SupportWeb.
