Objective

To automatically complete the form of an invoice with the information from a template.

Requirements

At least one template must be available.

Step:

1. Click the invoice you would like to automatically complete.

2. Click the Load template button on the Invoice tab.

The Load template dialog box opens.

3. Select a template.

Optional: Add the template to your favorites by clicking the Add button.

4. Click OK.

Result

The form for the selected invoice is automatically completed with the information from the template.
