Use this dialog box to save and delete default indexes. Click the Insert default index function for access to stored default indexes.

Name: Enter a name for the new default index in the Name field.

Also copy child structures from the template into the default index: When this option is enabled, all child structures in the selected folder are transferred to the default index.

Also copy child structures from the template into the default index: When this option is enabled, all documents in the selected folder are transferred to the default index.

Show new default index for all users: When this option is enabled, the default index is available to all (global) users. If not, it is only available to the (local) user who created it.

Global default indexes are stored in the ELO repository under Administration ¶ Default Indexes.

Local default indexes are stored in the ELO repository under <User> ¶ data ¶ Default Indexes.

Delete: To delete an existing default index, click Delete. The Delete default index dialog box appears. Click the default index you want to delete.

OK: Click OK to save the new default index.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
