Use this dialog box to define virtual tree views. A virtual tree view serves to display the search results in the Search work area. Use a virtual tree view to define which section of the tree view will be used for displaying the search results. For example, you can create a virtual tree view that sorts the results by customer.

The following options are available to you:

Name: Enter a name for the virtual tree view.

Form: Select a keywording form from the drop-down menu.

Fill empty keywording values: Activate this option to fill empty index fields with spaces.

Index fields: Select the index fields that will be used for sorting the results.

Use the Add, Delete and Edit functions to create and edit tree views.

Open the list of existing tree views via the Tree views arrow icon.

OK: Click OK to save the settings.

Cancel: Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving the changes.
