Use the Create external link function to allow persons without ELO to access a single or multiple documents. The document is provided via the Indexserver.

Limitation of the external link

Available until: Specify a date to limit access to the document by an external user.

Available indefinitely: This function makes the document available to the user for an unlimited amount of time.

Restrict number of accesses to: Use this option to restrict the number of accesses (downloads) to the document.

Share link

Send by e-mail: Send an e-mail with the external link to the shared document.

Copy to Clipboard: The external link is available in the Clipboard for further use, such as in an HTML document.

Information: If you have selected multiple documents, the Copy to Clipboard function is not available.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action and to close the dialog box.
