Use this dialog box to make changes to linking of entries.

1. To link two entries, highlight the first document and click Link (Repository tab > Link group).

The Link dialog box appears.

2. Select the second document in the repository and click Add the selected entries in the repository as links (arrow to the right).

The document is displayed in the Links area.

The following functions are available in the Links dialog box:

Go to: The Go to button takes you straight to the respective entry in the repository.

Mesh links: If an entry is linked with multiple other entries, you can link all of the entries via this function.

Remove: Deletes a selected entry from the list of links. The linking of the entries is removed.

Create new entries as inseparable links: If this check box is enabled, links that you add cannot be removed.

Please note: Inseparable links cannot be deleted.

OK: Click OK to close the dialog box.

Cancel: Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving the changes.
