This dialog box appears when sending a PDF document to which annotations are affixed.

Send PDF file without annotations: Click Send PDF file without annotations to send the PDF file without annotations.

Embed annotations in the PDF file: If you want to embed the annotations in the PDF, click Embed annotations in the PDF file.

Information: The annotations can no longer be edited in the created PDF file.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
