Objective

You want to publish an article on the Knowledge Board.

Requirements

At least one space must exist.

Step:

1. Click the Knowledge Board tile in the My ELO area.

The Knowledge Board opens.

2. Click the arrow icon next to the Ask a question button.

A drop-down menu appears.

3. Click Write an article.

Information: From this point on, asking a question or suggesting an idea is the same as writing an article.

The Write an article page appears.

4. Enter a summary of your article.

Optional: Change the language your post will be published in.

5. Enter your article to the text field.

Information: You have different options for inserting images. You can use the Image button or insert the images right in the text field via drag-and-drop or by pasting them from the Clipboard using keyboard shortcut CTRL+V

6. Under in the space, select the space you want the post to appear in using the drop-down menu.

Information: A post must be assigned to exactly one space.

7. In the On topics field, enter at least one topic related to the post. After you have entered three characters, the system suggests corresponding existing topics.

Information: Only topics the user has read rights to are suggested.

8. Click Post.

Result

Your article is published on the Knowledge Board.
