The work area toolbar within the logon area or repository tree shows five areas as buttons.

Logon: This button opens the logon area above the bar. Here, you will find the Logon and Administration areas.

My ELO: Here, feed posts from different entries are displayed. This applies to feeds such as those that a particular user has subscribed to or in which the particular user is mentioned by another user. Escalated or recently started workflows that are relevant for the user are also shown in this work area.

Repository: This button opens the current ELO repository above the bar in the tree view and in the middle Outlook in the list view.

In use: The In use work area shows a list of those documents which are currently being worked on and are therefore currently locked. When no documents are being edited, the list is empty.

Search: This button opens the search area in the list view. This also opens the ELO Search tab. You can either perform an iSearch or a keywording search here. There are a number of options available on the ELO Search tab to help you refine your search.
