There are several defined keyboard shortcuts in the ELO Client for Microsoft Outlook.

• F4: Keywording
• Alt+W: Show shortcuts in the ribbon
• F5: Refresh
• Insert: New folder
• Ctrl+L: Link
• Del: Delete
• Ctrl+Ins: Check out and edit
• Shift+Ins: Check in
• Shift+Ctrl: Select multiple entries
• Ctrl+space: Multiple selection
• Pos1: Skip to the beginning of the repository tree
• End: Skip to the end of the repository tree
• Ctrl+Windows: Jump to the My ELO work area
