This dialog box shows an overview of the available versions for the selected document. The overview includes the following information:

• Whether the version can be deleted (lock icon).
• The version numbers.
• The creation date of the version.
• The user who created the version.
• Which version is the current working version (document icon with yellow highlighting).

Depending on the type of selected version, the following buttons are available:

Open in read-only mode: Opens the document externally.

Delete version: Deletes the previously selected version from the list.

Set as working version: Makes another version the current working version.

Set as non-deletable version: The selected version becomes non-deletable (closed lock).

All changes are applied directly by the server without any additional confirmation requests.

Close: Click Close to exit the dialog box.
