In X fields

Available in: Search work area > Ribbon > Search

Use the in X fields button to define the following options:

• Full text: The Full text option restricts the search to the full text content.
• Keywording: The Keywording option restricts the search to keywording content.
• Short name: The Short name option restricts the search to the content of short names.
• Index fields: The Index fields option restricts the search to the content of index fields.
• Extra text: The Extra text option restricts the search to the content of extra text.
• Version comments: The Version comments option restricts the search to the content of version comments. Only applies for the version comments of the current working versions.
• Feed: The Feed option restricts the search to the contents of the feed.
• Curent folder only: The Current folder only option is available if you selected a folder in the ELO repository. When this option is enabled, the search is limited to the currently selected folder. For technical reasons, using the Current folder only option may cause the search results to take a long time to load.
