Use the Link function to open the embedded Link dialog box. You see here which links exist.

The following buttons are available to you:

Add as link: When you select an entry in the repository tree, the Add as link button becomes enabled. Use the Add as link button to establish a link between the currently selected entry and the originally selected entry.

Permanent link: You can make the link permanent. To do so, select the link and click Permanent link.

Go to: Jumps to the selected linked document.

Remove: Removes the selected link. This button is disabled if you created a permanent link.

Close: Close the embedded Link dialog box.
