Backup profiles
In the Backup profiles area, you enter the settings for the backup profiles.
Please note: Before you can create a backup profile, you must have defined a document path. Once you have done so, the document path will be available in the backup profiles.

1 List of backup profiles
In the List of backup profiles, you can see the available backup profiles.
Search for: You can search the list using the Search for field.
Add a backup profile (green plus icon): Click the Add a backup profile button to create a new backup profile.
Delete the selected backup profile (red X icon): Click the Delete the selected backup profile button to delete the selected backup profile.
Reload data from server (icon with two yellow arrows): Click the Reload data from server button to reload the Backup profiles area.
2 Settings
In the Settings area, you can edit the settings of the selected backup profile.
Profile name: In the Profile name field, enter a unique profile name without spaces and special characters. The displayed profiles apply for the selected repository, and are managed by the corresponding ELO Document Manager.
SQL Select: You can enter an SQL string in the SQL Select field. The SQL query can be used to restrict the documents selected for backup. You do not normally need to enter anything in the SQL Select field.
Packet size: In the Packet size field, you specify the maximum number of files that are processed in each run. The recommended setting is 100. You can also enter a value of 0, meaning that a default value of 1000 will be used.
Document path: Select the desired backup path from the Document path drop-down menu.
Slot number: If you use a jukebox for backups, enter the slot number in the Slot number drop-down menu. The numbers of the backup slots are assigned from 1 to 4. 1 (recommended) means that slot 1 of this profile is used.
Save: If required, you can enter a deletion lock (in seconds) in the Save field. This setting will only be taken into account by the ELO Document Manager if you use Centera (external storage medium).
Including keywording: Enable the Including keywording check box to generate an additional keywording file (file extension: ESW) for each saved file.
Save: Click Save to save the backup profile.
Cancel: To discard the last changes you made, click Cancel.
