Context menu
You can call up additional functions for individual documents or folders via the context menu. Various functions are available depending on the type of entry and work area.
Context menu, openInformation: Administrators can restrict which functions users are able to see via the ELO Administration Console.
Open context menu
1. Tap the context menu button next to an entry in the list view.
Alternatively: Long press the desired entry and until the context menu appears.
The selected entry is highlighted in blue. The context menu appears in the menu bar.
2. Tap the function you want to use.
The function will run.
Call additional functions
Buttons from the main action bar may be moved to a drop-down menu depending on the width and orientation of the screen used. Access this drop-down menu via the Additional functions button.

2. In the context menu, tap the Additional functions button.
The Additional functions drop-down menu opens.
3. Tap the desired function.
Information: Some Android devices have a menu key. In this case, the Additional functions button is not displayed, but replaced by the menu key on your device.
Multiple selection
In the list view, you can select multiple entries at once.
1. Open the context menu for an entry.
2. In the list view, tap the entries you want to select.
The selected entries are marked in blue.
In the menu bar, you will see how many entries you have selected and what functions are available for selection.
