You can remove entries that you no longer use frequently from the Clipboard.

Please note: If you remove an entry from the Clipboard, this only deletes the reference to the entry from the Clipboard work area. The actual entry remains in the repository. To delete an entry from the repository, use the Delete function.

Use the clipboard icon to remove entries from the Clipboard. You will find the clipboard icon in front of the short name of the entry in the list view and viewer pane.

The blue clipboard icon means the entry has been placed on the Clipboard.

Alternatively: You can also access the Remove from Clipboard function from the Context menu > Additional functions.

Step by step

1. To remove an entry from the Clipboard, tap the blue clipboard icon.

Result

You have removed the entry from the Clipboard. The clipboard icon is gray.
