You can delete workflows that you no longer need.

Step by step

1. Select the desired entry in the Tasks work area and open the context menu.

2. In the context menu, tap the Additional functions button.

The Additional functions drop-down menu opens.

3. To delete the workflow, tap the Delete button in the drop-down menu.

The Delete workflow permanently dialog box opens.

4. Tap YES to confirm.

Result

You have deleted the workflow. The Delete workflow permanently dialog box closes.
