Use this dialog box to define virtual tree views. A virtual tree view serves to display the search results in the Search work area. Use a virtual tree view to define which sections of the tree view will be used for displaying the search results. For example, you can create a virtual tree view that sorts the results by customer.

The following options are available to you:

Name: Enter a name for the virtual tree view.

Form: Select a keywording form from the drop-down menu.

Fill in empty keywording values: Activate this option to fill empty index fields with spaces.

Index fields: Select the index fields that will be used for sorting the results.

Use the Add, Delete, and Edit functions to create and edit tree views.

OK: Click OK to save the settings.

Cancel: Click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving the changes.

Click the arrow icon under Tree views on the ribbon to open the list of available tree views.
