In this dialog box, you can specify which entries with a deletion marker are to be permanently removed from the repository.

Remove deleted entries: All deleted documents and folders in the repository are deleted.

Remove deleted document versions and versions of the attachment: All deleted document versions and deleted attachment versions are deleted.

Deletion date until: Enter a date here. All files marked for deletion in the repository will be deleted up to and including this date. Alternatively, you can also use the Calendar function. To do this, click the calendar icon in the Deletion date until field and select a date.

OK: When you click OK, all entries that have a deletion marker before the entered deletion date are removed from the repository permanently.

Warning: The entries cannot be restored.

You should be aware that even a differentiated backup concept only offers a limited option for restoring deleted options.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
