This dialog box lists all existing monitored items. You see when an entry was added and which priority an entry has.

The following functions are available:

Go to: Opens the filing location of the selected entry in the repository.

Open in read-only mode: Click the Open in read-only mode to open the respective document in an external application.

Monitoring: Opens the Monitor changes dialog box. Change the name, priority and the notification of a monitoring instance in the Monitor changes dialog box.

End monitoring: Click the End monitoring button to end monitoring of the current item. The monitoring is initially marked red. The monitoring is deleted once you click OK, closing the dialog box. If you close the dialog box with the Cancel button, the delete action is undone.

OK: Click OK to close the dialog box.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
