Use the Reference dialog box to select which repository entry (document or folder) you want to reference in the current feed post. References allow the user to jump to the corresponding entry via the feed.

Select an entry you want to reference: Select the entry from the repository tree in the right-hand column. In the Search repository field, you can search for specific entries.

Recently used: Click the Recently used button to select an entry from your recently used entries.

Repository view filters: You can see the available repository view filters under Repository view filters. If you click a filter, it will open in the column to the right.

Open in read-only mode: Click Open in read-only mode to open the respective document in an external application.

OK: Click OK to insert a reference to the selected entry in the feed post and close the dialog box.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
