The dialog box informs you that you can create a tasks view filter that gives you an overview of your postponed workflows. In the default task list, deferred workflows are hidden until the selected postponement date.

Proceed as follows to create a new tasks view filter for postponed workflows:

1. Switch to the Tasks work area.

2. Go to the View tab on the ribbon.

3. Click the New view filter button.

The New view filter dialog box opens.

4. Enter a name to the Name field.

5. Enable the Show postponed workflows option in the dialog box.

Optional: Make additional settings if needed.

6. Save the tasks view filter by clicking OK
