Available in: Search work area > Ribbon > View > List.

Use this function to change how the search results are displayed in the Search work area. The search results are displayed as a list. On the left-hand side is a document icon or a thumbnail of the document; the Short name, Editor, Date and search word highlighting are displayed on the right. This only alters how the search results are displayed. The entries remain unchanged.
