Available in: Ribbon > ELO Document.
Use this function to send a document as an e-mail attachment.
Document, sendSend, documentFunction, send documentMicrosoft Outlook is opened to do so. The document is inserted into the e-mail as an attachment.
Sort
Available in: Ribbon > ELO Document.
Use this function to change the sort order within a selected folder. You can choose from the following sort orders via a drop-down menu:
- Filing date
- By filing date descending
- Alphabetical
- Alphabetical descending
- Date
- By date descending
- Manual
