Collaborate (ELO Interface for Microsoft Office Online)

Available in: Ribbon > Start

This function allows you to open Microsoft Office documents online and edit them in collaboration with other users. The document is opened in a new browser tab for editing.

While the user is editing the document, it is shown as checked out. If multiple users are editing the document, the user ELO Service is shown as the editor.

Once you close the tab containing the document, the changes are saved.

Information: This function is only available if you use the ELO Interface for Microsoft Office Online.
