Use the Link function to open the embedded Link dialog box. You see here which links exist.

The following buttons are available to you:

Add as link: Selecting an entry in the repository tree enables the Add as link button. Use the Add as link button to establish a link between the entry you have currently selected and the one you selected first.

Permanent link: You can make links permanent. To do so, select the link and click Permanent link.

Mesh links: The Mesh links function links all selected documents. If you have added multiple links, you can mesh them. To select all links in the list for meshing, press the SHIFT key and then click the first and last link. To select individual links from the list for meshing, press the CTRL key and then click the links. Once you have selected the links, click Mesh links.

Go to: Jump to the selected linked document.

Remove: Remove the selected link. This button is disabled if you created a permanent link.

Close: Close the embedded Link dialog box.
