Accept substitution

Available in: User account

Use this function to open the Accept substitution dialog box. In this dialog box, you accept substitutions for other users.

The Accept substitution dialog box contains the following areas:

I have the right to substitute for

All users that you have the right to substitute for or you are currently substituting for are displayed here.

Click Activate to accept the substitution for the selected user provided you have permission.

Clicking Deactivate deactivates substitution.

Clicking Forward assigns the substitution to another user.

Settings

The settings for the selected substitution are shown in this area.
