Archives processed items including all determined properties (filing paths, document size, keywording, etc.).

Start condition

Determines whether the action is triggered on success or failure.

Action name

Choose a name that is as self-explanatory as possible. The action name is displayed throughout the configuration structure and helps you to keep track of the defined processing steps.

Archiving tag

Specifies whether to tag the item as "archived" once successfully archived.

Outlook category

Outlook category set for a successfully archived item. Outlook categories can be used to color code messages.

Collective folder

Specifies whether to archive split items to a collective folder.

Path number

Number of the physical document path. If 0 is selected, the Indexserver determines the document path.

Encryption key

Encryption keys are configured in the ELO Administration Console. If this parameter is left empty, the encryption key is imported from the metadata form configuration.

Specifies whether to archive a document export or a property value mapping.

Specifies whether to create logical references to the item being archived if the index field value of the referencing SORD matches the property value of the item.
