Tasks help you keep your processes organized. In the ELO Integration Client, you can create new tasks (workflows). To do so, use the Start workflow function.

Method

1. Click the entry in ELO you want to start a workflow on.

2. Click Start workflow.

3. Click a workflow template to select it.

The workflow is displayed in the ELO Java Client and ELO Web Client in the Tasks work area of the user assigned the workflow task.
