Count entries
Available in: Ribbon > Organize > Properties
The Count entries function enables you to determine the number of entries in a folder and the amount of memory they are using.
Options: Specify which entries you want to count. You can choose from Folders, Documents, Attachments, All versions and Including references.
Select all: Click Select all to select all options.
Select none: Click Select none to disable all options.
Result: The result of the count is displayed here.
PDF output: Saves the result in PDF format.
Cancel: This closes the dialog box.
