Margin notes are annotations for a document or a folder and are displayed on the split bar. The margin notes can be included when searching for documents.

Personal margin notes are green. Point to a margin note with the cursor to display the creation date and the editor in addition to the text.

Enter the desired text to the text field.

Permissions: A personal margin note can only be seen by the user who created it.

OK: Click OK to close the dialog box.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the creation of a margin note or to undo the changes to a margin note.
