New view

Available in: the Repository, Tasks, Search, and Clipboard work areas via Ribbon > View.

Use the New view function to create a new view in the Repository, Search, and Clipboard work areas, or a new tasks view in the Tasks work area. The folder views and tasks views are added as tiles to the tile navigation.

Folder view: A folder view is restricted to a part of the repository.

Tasks view: A tasks view filters the task list according to specific criteria. The criteria are stored in the respective tasks view.
