Available in: Ribbon > Document > Margin note

Margin notes belong to a document or a folder and are displayed on the split bar. The margin notes can be included when searching for documents.

Enter the desired text to the text field.

Permissions: A general margin note can be seen by all users. All users may edit the margin note.

OK: Click OK to save the margin note and to close the dialog box.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the creation of a margin note or to undo the changes to a margin note.
