Use the Postpone workflow function to suspend processing of a workflow. The postponed workflow is hidden in the Tasks work area. The workflow reappears in the task list after the postponement date has been reached. Use the Postponement date column to display postponed workflows in the task list in the Tasks work area.

Date: Specify how long you want to postpone the workflow for and click OK. Alternatively, you can enter the postponement date using the Calendar function. Click the calendar icon in the Date field.

OK: Click OK to postpone the workflow.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the action.
