The dialog box informs you that you can create a tasks view that gives you an overview of your postponed workflows. In the default task list, deferred workflows are hidden until the selected postponement date.

Proceed as follows to create a new tasks view for postponed workflows:

1. Switch to the Tasks work area.

2. On the ribbon, click View > New view.

The New view dialog box opens.

3. Enter a name for the view in the Name field.

4. Enable the Show postponed workflows option.

Optional: Make additional settings if needed.

5. Save the tasks view by clicking OK.
