If you no longer need a task (monitoring or reminder), you can delete it from the Tasks work area.

The following option is available for deleting tasks:

• Delete function

Information: Workflows cannot be deleted from the Tasks work area. Workflows have to be passed forward.

'Delete' function

Steps

1. Select a task in the Tasks work area.

2. On the ribbon, click Organize > Delete.

The task is deleted permanently. The corresponding entry remains in the repository.
