The Accept substitution dialog box contains the following areas:

All users that you have the right to substitute for or you are currently substituting for are displayed here.

Activate: Click Activate to accept the substitution for the selected user provided you have permission.

Deactivate: Clicking Deactivate deactivates substitution.

Forward: Clicking Forward assigns the substitution to another user.

The settings for the selected substitution are shown in this area.
