Use this dialog box to restrict the search to one or multiple fields of a search form.

Form: Select a search form. Click the arrow icon to change the order of the items in the list.

Filters: Use this field to restrict the list of available search forms or to search for a search form.

Once you have selected a search form, the available fields appear in the box on the right. Check the corresponding boxes to choose one or more fields.

If the search form does not have searchable fields, a corresponding notification will appear in the box on the right.
