Search metadata
Use this dialog box to search for entries with the help of metadata. You have the option to customize the search using the search form and the search fields. Combine different search fields to refine the search results.
Form: Select a search form. Click the arrow icon to change the order of the items in the list.
Filters: Use this field to restrict the list of available search forms or to search for a search form.
The default fields are explained in the following section. There may be additional fields depending on the search form.
Metadata form: The form selected on the left is shown here.
Short name: Use this field to search based on the short name.
Document date (from...to): Use these two date fields to search based on the document date. To search for a specific date, use the first date field. Use both date fields to search within a time range.
Filing date (from...to): Use these two date fields to search based on the time the document was filed. To search for a specific date, use the first date field. Use both date fields to search within a time range.
Personal identifier: Use this field to search the contents of the Personal identifier field.
End of deletion period (from...to): These two fields enable you to restrict the search to entries with a specific deletion period.
End of retention period (from...to): These two fields enable you to restrict the search to entries with a specific retention period.
All fields: Search for the search term in all fields.
Extra text: Use this search field to search based on the extra text.
